? LCP加工成型可通過熔紡、注射、擠出、模壓、涂復等工藝。雖然加工方法各異，但有一共同點是均利用在液晶態(tài)時分子鏈高度取向下進行成型再冷卻固定取向態(tài)，從而獲得高機械性能，所以除分子結(jié)構(gòu)和組成因素外，材料性能與受熱和機械加工的加工設備及工藝過程密切相關。 LCP即液晶高分子聚合物，英文名Liquid Crystal Polyester，縮寫LCP，由剛性分子鏈構(gòu)成，在熔融態(tài)時呈現(xiàn)液晶性和自纖維增強性，是一種新型的特種高分子材料， 能性超級工程塑料。密度為1.4-1.9g/cm3，本色為米色。LCP的強度很高，甚至優(yōu)于金屬與陶瓷，其拉伸強度和彎曲模量可超過各種熱塑性工程塑料。

1. 加工設備：液晶聚合物加工成型一般不需特殊的設備，常規(guī)的聚合物加工設備均可利用。但由于液晶聚合物加工溫度較高，故設備選型時因充分考慮其加熱系統(tǒng)的能力和設備材質(zhì)，必須經(jīng)受得住長時間的高溫烘烤。另一方面，由于液晶分子的棒狀取向作用，加大模具出口的長徑比有利于分子取向，以利于提高材料的力學性能。

Generally, the mold temperature can be controlled at 100 ~ 150 °c below the melt temperature. 3. PRESSURE: Liquid Crystal Polymer Molding also requires a certain amount of pressure, but the pressure and molding rate should not be too high, or it will lead to uneven melt flow, product defects and increase internal stress. In injection molding, the pressure is related to the injection volume, and the general injection volume is 50 ~ 70% of the cylinder volume.
