本產(chǎn)品屬我公司創(chuàng)新設(shè)計的藥物包裝機械，其功能達到國內(nèi)先進水平。適用于制藥、保健品、食品、化妝品、醫(yī)療器械等行業(yè)的膠囊、片劑、大蜜丸、糖果、液體、膏體、一次性注射器及異形物的鋁塑、紙塑、鋁鋁復(fù)合密封包裝。該機采用微電腦編程控制，變頻調(diào)速，觸摸面板操作，自動化程度高，是十分理想的泡罩包裝設(shè)備。產(chǎn)品已通過省級技術(shù)成果鑒定。
The machine is new innovating designed by our machine which is widely for packaging of medicine, which of function are reached to the advanced level of China. It is used for tablet, capsule, pill, honey pill, candy, liquid, paste, disposable syringe in regular and irregular shaped Alu/PVC, Alu/Alu or Paper /Alu in the field of pharmaceutical, health product, foodstuff, cosmetic , medical instrument and etc.

1、成型、熱封、打批號、壓痕、沖裁等裝置全部采用制有齒條的心軸定位，搖動搖手柄，各種裝置均能在心軸上輕松自如的移動，機臺裝有標尺，校正方便，定位迅速準確。

機械手牽引，采用了雙重擺桿裝置，增大了牽引行程的可調(diào)范圍（可達180mm），能適應(yīng)各種尺寸藥版的包裝。機器對版加熱、正壓成型、上下網(wǎng)紋、氣缸熱封、自動送料、自動壓痕打批號、自動沖裁版塊，操作簡單運行可靠。
Mechanical hand traction: it adopts double rod of pendulum device which can increase the stroke travel range (up to 180mm). it widely is suitable for all kinds of size packaging of blister. Plate heating, positive forming, upper and lower web plates, heating sealing , automatic feeding, automatic impression and embossing and automatic cutting are easy and reliable operation.
3、正壓空氣成型加上配置機械沖頭，確保了泡罩成型均勻挺括，適用于大密丸、醫(yī)療器械等較大尺寸或特殊形狀物的包裝；配以專用的自動加料器，能適應(yīng)安瓿、針劑、西林瓶等的包裝，適用范圍廣。
It has Positive pressure forming and mechanical punch for uniformity and perfect blister forming. It is applicable for packaging with larger size or special shaped of honey pill, big honey pills and etc. it is equipped with special automatic feeder for packaging of ampoule, syringes and injection vial. It is a machine with wide range of application for packaging.
主傳動部分采用平行軸斜齒輪減速箱，成型、熱封、壓痕等模具采用肖釘定位，壓板固緊，定位準確，換模方便，節(jié)省包材。
The main drive shaft adopts parallel axis bevel gear reducer, forming, heating sealing, impression and etc. which of mould are adopting pill for tightly and accuracy position-setting, easier to change an save packing material.
5、為便于機器進入車間，機身可按用戶要求進行分體制作。
