·安裝完畢后的試壓工作，PVC管業(yè)加盟，試驗壓力為工作壓力的1.5倍，且壓力值不得小于0.6MPa，測試時間約20-30分鐘。

·管材安裝要遵循“水走天”原則，避免后期維護(hù)損害管道。

·安裝過程中要及時封住管材開口處，避免雜物進(jìn)入管道系統(tǒng)

Tips for PPR tube installation

PPR的熔點在260℃，所以要把熱熔器加熱到260℃，指示燈亮后，將管材和管件同時推進(jìn)模頭內(nèi)加熱。注意：這里要把握時間的分寸，加熱過短，受熱不充分：加熱過長，會導(dǎo)致管件塌陷。管材管件從熔接器上取出，迅速、平穩(wěn)、無旋轉(zhuǎn)地插入到位。注意：連接時間過長，會導(dǎo)致連接強(qiáng)度不足或連接不到位。熔接后要冷卻一會。注意：在沒有充分冷卻前，應(yīng)避免受扭、受彎和受拉。
