? LCP加工成型可通過熔紡、注射、擠出、模壓、涂復(fù)等工藝。雖然加工方法各異，但有一共同點是均利用在液晶態(tài)時分子鏈高度取向下進(jìn)行成型再冷卻固定取向態(tài)，從而獲得高機(jī)械性能，所以除分子結(jié)構(gòu)和組成因素外，材料性能與受熱和機(jī)械加工的加工設(shè)備及工藝過程密切相關(guān)。 LCP即液晶高分子聚合物，英文名Liquid Crystal Polyester，縮寫LCP，由剛性分子鏈構(gòu)成，在熔融態(tài)時呈現(xiàn)液晶性和自纖維增強(qiáng)性，是一種新型的特種高分子材料， 能性超級工程塑料。密度為1.4-1.9g/cm3，本色為米色。LCP的強(qiáng)度很高，甚至優(yōu)于金屬與陶瓷，其拉伸強(qiáng)度和彎曲模量可超過各種熱塑性工程塑料。
加工設(shè)備：液晶聚合物加工成型一般不需特殊的設(shè)備，常規(guī)的聚合物加工設(shè)備均可利用。但由于液晶聚合物加工溫度較高，故設(shè)備選型時因充分考慮其加熱系統(tǒng)的能力和設(shè)備材質(zhì)，必須經(jīng)受得住長時間的高溫烘烤。另一方面，由于液晶分子的棒狀取向作用，加大模具出口的長徑比有利于分子取向，以利于提高材料的力學(xué)性能。

In injection molding, the pressure is related to the injection volume, and the general injection volume is 50 ~ 70% of the cylinder volume.
